Performance & Operations
Director, Recover + Perform.

Jaison Strambler
Director, Recover + Perform
Jaison leads day-to-day operations at Recover + Perform and owns the integration between physical therapy, performance training, and recovery. A former collegiate track athlete — sprints and hurdles — he’s spent 15 years training athletes, professionals, and active adults across Austin.
Before joining Recover + Perform, he founded and ran his own Austin-based training business as lead coach, building individualized programs that met each client where they were — working around injuries and movement limitations instead of forcing cookie-cutter workouts.
That same philosophy carries into Recover + Perform: strength, mobility, and nutrition treated as one system, with every program adjusted to the body in front of him. He partners closely with the clinical team so patients move from post-op day one through return to sport on one continuous plan.
