Who We Are
Austin’s performance-first rehabilitation practice.
We’re not a traditional PT clinic. We’re not a gym. We’re the bridge — the place where orthopedic patients graduate from recovery into real performance, and where athletes get clinical-grade care when they need it.
Recover Perform was built from a simple insight: the gap between surgical discharge and peak performance is where most patients fall through the cracks. We exist to close that gap — permanently.

Every program we design starts with the same question: what does “better” look like for this person? For a post-op knee patient, it might mean walking without pain. For a college athlete, it means being faster than before the injury. For an active 60-year-old, it means independence and confidence for the next three decades.

Walk downstairs to start PT. Your physical therapist already knows your surgeon, your procedure, and your goals.

Graduate into performance training or wellness programming. Same team, same facility, new goals.
