What to expect

A step-by-step look at your session at Recover + Perform. Every session is professionally supervised, and our team guides you through the entire process.
Arrival & preparation
Your visit begins with a safety screening and a walkthrough of the chamber. We'll review your health history, explain the process, and confirm what you can bring inside.
Get comfortable
Settle into the Airvida Elite's reclining chair. Our team will introduce the oxygen mask and communication system. Interior lighting and climate control help keep you comfortable.
Pressurization & relaxation
Pressure increases gradually over several minutes. You may notice your ears pop, similar to flying, and our team will guide you through clearing them. Once at full pressure, simply breathe normally and relax.
Decompression & after
At the end of your session, pressure gradually returns to normal before you exit. Our team will check how you're feeling and answer any questions. Some people feel mildly tired afterward, but most return to their normal day.
