Each cold plunge session lasts 2–5 minutes per round. Most clients do 2–3 rounds, alternating with infrared sauna for a full contrast therapy experience.

Our cold plunge is maintained between 39–45°F and is professionally monitored with medical-grade filtration for a clean, safe experience every time.
